Meet Brock Pominville

I have always been a super active person and had my fair share of injures. And I was always looking for the best way to increase performance and recover better.

I played football in high school and college, as well as volleyball in college. I continue playing sports now recreationally from golf, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, you name it-I’m interested!

After completing my BS in exercise science, I continued and completed my CSCS, and LMT license as well. Since school I’ve worked in the physical therapy field helping people in pain as well as sport performance. In that time I noticed most of them needed better hydration in order to recover optimally, help prevent future injuries and perform their best.

After researching the American diet we realized most people fall short on daily electrolytes like magnesium and potassium, so I looked at what I could recommend. What I found was that nearly all of the electrolyte and hydration packets, powders and drinks were either too pricey, had very little actual electrolytes, or had labels with ingredients that aren’t needed or can’t explain.

So Ryan and I set out to develop a brand that has all the good with none of the bad. That means explaining exactly what and why, so no proprietary flavors or junk.
