How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at Admin@EvidentElements.com within 60 days of your purchase. Include the following information:

• Purchase date
• Location of purchase
• Order number (if available)
• Reason for return (we listen and are always trying to improve!)

Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly, a return label will be provided if the total purchase exceeds $150, and a physical return may be requested below that upon request of Evident Elements LLC.

Important Details

• This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Evident Elements or our authorized partners.
• Refunds are available exclusively to the original purchaser.
• Evident Elements reserves the right to verify all claims and may deny requests at its discretion.
• Orders on subscription are not available for refund once shipped. 
  • This excludes the first order, in which a return/refund can be requested and will be granted as a full refund, minus shipping/restocking cost of $5
