I used to live off the worst stuff… pop, sugary sports drinks, and anything that kept me going short-term. But behind the scenes, I was battling health issues like POTS, constant migraines, stomach problems, and getting sick way too often.

It wasn’t until I hit a breaking point in high school and ended up at the Mayo Clinic that everything shifted.
