Meet Sean Wonsch

In my late teens and early twenties, I was fueling my body with complete garbage. I lived off energy drinks and fast food and couldn’t figure out why I always felt terrible. Looking back, I just didn’t understand how much what you put in your body really matters.

It wasn’t until my mid-twenties that I started taking my health seriously, and the difference was incredible. As I learned more, I tried nearly every hydration and electrolyte product I could find. But most of them had the same problems: too much sugar, vague ingredient lists, or just flavored salt.
